Rustic Log-Ring End Table/Bedside/Nightstand

This rustic live-edged end table has a unique design and would make a lovely corner table or nightstand, perhaps a plant or telephone stand or just a display table for decorative items.

All furniture is made by Damien Devereux who is registered blind. All wood used is sourced from a local sustainable woodland and is dried in our custom-made kiln.

Made from Western Hemlock, this wooden stand  comes in three heights (45cm, 65cm, and 80cm). The tallest height has three shelves, the smaller ones have two. All end tables have a 30cm space between shelves with the remaining height made up by the feet. The diameter of the table varies based on the shape of the tree but will be around 40cm. If you would like to customize any of the sizes, order the table larger than what you want and let me know your requirements.

The log rings may or may not come with bark attached depending how well it holds on during drying and processing. They'll have any large cracks filled with epoxy resin and are then fully coated to improve structural and environmental durability. The legs are constructed from round peeled poles and may contain splits from the drying process. These add to the rustic appeal and do not affect the structural stability. It will come with a finishing coat of clear oil applied to bring out the grain.
