Refund policy

As all items are mode to order, no returns can be accepted except for items damaged during delivery or manufacturing defects. Items damaged upon delivery must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order, these will be refunded within 14 days of the item being returned. Return postage must be paid for by the customer. Custom orders are non-refundable. Items collected in person are also non-refundable.
